Triple-S Vida now brings its services closer to you, the Client, and puts them at your fingertips, providing you with the information and services you need quickly and securely with its new app "Mi Triple-S Vida".

The main services available to our Clients in the "Mi Triple-S Vida" app are as follows:

<ol>
<li>Consult information about your Policies, including payment history, basic coverage and supplements, expiration date, accumulated values, loan balance, payment method, payment frequency, notifications, etc.</li>
<li>Check your Claims, including whether they are pending, paid, or rejected, payment amount, detail of benefits paid, claim requirements and status, recipients of payments, etc.</li>
<li>View Letters and Notifications sent to the Client.</li>
<li>Make Payments towards your Policies and Loans.</li>
<li>Submit Claims and check their Status.</li>
<li>Request Services for your Policy:
 <ul>
 <li>Policy Changes</li>
 <li>Beneficiary Changes</li>
 <li>Payment Method Change (Direct, Bank Account, Credit Card)</li>
 <li>Contact Information</li>
 <li>Request Policy Duplicate</li>
 <li>Request Coverage Certificate</li>
 <li>Request Partial Withdrawal from the Value Fund</li>
 <li>Request Value Fund Loan</li>
 </ul>
</li>
<li>Update your Customer Profile information.</li>
<li>Information about our Life Products, Dreaded Diseases, Hospitalization and Accident, Disability, and Retirement Savings products such as our IRAs and Annuities.</li>
<li>Information about our Central Office and District Offices located throughout the Island.</li>
<li>Contact Information through phone lines, emails or digital assistant.</li>

Also provided is the option to purchase our Products. You will be asked a series of brief questions to offer you the appropriate alternative. If you agree with the proposal, you would proceed to fill out and submit the Insurance Application to Triple-S Vida for evaluation and issuance if qualifying.

<li>Frequently Asked Questions about the "Mi Triple-S Vida" Mobile App:

 a. I cannot find Buttons or Links to Navigate or Take Action.
Check how your Font Size is configured because from a certain point onwards not all content can be displayed on the Screen. 
b. I'm Having Trouble Creating or Accessing an Account.
The Account used for this Mobile App is the same as that used for the Portal www.sssvida.com. If you have already registered on the Triple-S Vida Portal, you should use that same Account to access the App; You do not need to register again. If you don't remember your password, use the "Forgot Password" option. 
c. I'm having trouble Completing a Payment, Submitting a Claim,
 Requesting Service for Your Policy, Purchasing a Policy or Updating Your Profile.
These Services require an Internet Connection via 2 methods:
1) Ensure you have a Healthy and Stable Phone Signal.
2) Or Check that your WiFi Internet Connection is Correct.</ul></ol></ol></ol></ol></ol></ol></ol></ol>
